Our prototype machines perform many specialized tasks, so we use a wide range of suppliers’ products.
We approach each machine of our customers individually, therefore, as system integrators, we do not limit ourselves to selected technologies but use those which are necessary to create a given machine.
During 10 years of company’s existence we got to know many systems and thanks to that we know their strong and weak points. Nowadays it allows us to select only the best technologies for a given application. We present a selection of our technology suppliers. Presented companies offer products that we use, because we know that they will not let us or our customers down at work
We are not afraid to apply new technologies. All the time our R&D team tests new products so that we know how to apply available technologies or solutions that are just entering the market. Likewise, our customers often specify in their requests for quotations that the machines built for them must use technology from a particular supplier.

We integrate pneumatic actuators and pneumatic drives
Pneumatic actuators and pneumatic drives are used in automatic and semi-automatic production lines, for example, to turn, press, close, open or move work pieces or entire products. These activities are frequent and repetitive. Therefore, it makes sense to use actuators that convert compressed air energy into the force or torque required to perform various simple operations.
The advantages of pneumatic actuators and cylinders are:
uncomplicated design – they rarely fail, If an actuator fails, maintenance can repair or replace the pneumatic actuator in a very short time,
speed – pneumatic actuators can operate at high speed and for long periods. This allows the number of cycles to be intensified over time, resulting in
increased machine productivity,
repeatability – pneumatic actuators and drives can easily perform repetitive straight-line motions, resulting in fewer defective products during production,
environment protection – pneumatic actuators use clean air for operation, they do not pollute it,
economy – only compressor is needed to operate many machines and many pneumatic cylinders. This reduces the cost of factory operation and also reduces the cost of maintenance.

We integrate industrial robots
Automation of the production process requires the use of industrial robots. In our machines, we use them for simple repetitive tasks or those that may be dangerous for humans. Increasingly, we also use them for complex work requiring high accuracy, when the action must be performed very quickly. Tasks that we put robots are:
machining – sometimes even very small details (grinding, drilling, milling, polishing),
painting, varnishing – even very complex details that need to be rotated in many directions,
palletizing – robots palletizing cartons or finished products (bags, boards, etc.).
To meet the needs of our customers we build machines using many different types of robots:
Articulated robots, arm robots – These have joints and have up to 6 axes of rotation. Thanks to that they can freely perform various movements and lift objects up to 2 tons
Cartesian robots – operate using Cartesian screws and thus move in 3 XYZ axes.
Cylindrical robots – these are usually robots used to move objects. They can rotate around their axis and work at a maximum distance of the main arm.
Spherical robots – the name here also refers to the workspace – a sphere cut from top and bottom. The robot arm can swing up and down.
SCARA robots – two axis robots, the gripper can move up and down. They are used for picking up and putting down again.
Collaborative robots (cobots), Robots work together with humans.
Mobile robots – are intelligent vehicles – increase efficiency in warehouse logistics.
Motors convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. They are used in production machines when high power is needed to lift or move a product or workpiece. Sometimes electric drives replace pneumatic drives due to requirements or the need to apply a constant force to a component.
In our machines we use the simplest motors and very advanced servo mechanisms.

Prototype production machines to accomplish tasks must have:
elements that move, lift and rotate products within the machine
product positioners, to be able to perform an action with the product, such as bending, pressing, etc.
Mechanical elements in the machines carry out the basic tasks set before them, without them it would not be possible to perform the planned activities. Therefore, we build our machines using only proven solutions.
Often, due to the construction of prototype machines, we design the mechanical elements ourselves, which are produced by our tool room department. However, we also use many standard elements. During 10 years of existence of our company we have tested many solutions. Thanks to this we can offer machines that we are sure of. The production machines we build for our customers must work reliably. Nowadays, any machine that performs tasks in a 3.0 as well as in a 4.0 Industry has to be connected to electricity in order to control the machine. Therefore, we use high quality products so that the machines do not break down. We use components from the following brands:
Our production machines cannot exist without the ability to transmit signals from actuators, motors, reed switches, sensors, etc. Without these signals, the installed automation could not control the machine operation. Machines created for work in Industry 3.0 and also Industry 4.0 are mainly based on the digitalization of production processes. In Industry 3.0, electronics is mainly used to automate processes, while in Industry 4.0, electronics is used to autonomize, network machines and processes. Thanks to signals, machines operating in Economy 4.0 can predict failures, and also independently adjust their pace to operators working at other assembly machines, or to the possibility of transport by drones or AGVs.
Therefore, it is so important to precisely create and transmit and analyze signals. We only use proven electronic components so that our machines are fully adapted to the requirements of the customer, as well as to the requirements of Industry 4.0
Industrial automation systems are responsible for monitoring, controlling and supervising operation of all kinds of devices installed e.g. in a production machine. Automation of machine work makes that an employee can be replaced or his role reduced to minimum. The elements of industrial automation systems are:
devices and machines implementing production, industrial processes: assembly equipment and assembly lines, material handling equipment (e.g. AGV),
control and measuring equipment, monitoring and controlling the work of machines and devices: (measuring apparatus, sensors, transducers, meters,
indicators, recorders), vision systems, leak sensors, temperature sensors),
executive devices: valves, motors, pneumatic drives, hydraulic drives, butterfly valves, dosing and process pumps,
control devices: PLCs, industrial computers, operator panels,
software – thanks to which systems can be integrated
